Short version: this website does not track you, and the product runs on your own computer.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts.
• No forms. The fonts and videos are served from this site, not from third parties.
• Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser and time of visit, to run and protect the site.

When you buy

Our checkout partner, Polar, processes your name, email, payment and billing details to complete the order, handle taxes and deliver your download, under Polar's privacy policy. We receive the order details we need to deliver the download and help you: your name, email, country and what you bought.

When you email support

We use your email address and message only to answer you, and keep them only as long as needed for that and for our records.

The product

Reel Atelier runs on your computer. Your videos are not uploaded to us. Whatever you send to your AI assistant is handled by its provider under that provider's terms.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.

Children

Reel Atelier is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
