These terms cover buying Reel Atelier and what you may do with it. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
Who sells it
Reel Atelier is sold through Polar, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for every order. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and delivers your download. Polar's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
What you get
A one-time purchase of Reel Atelier, Desktop beta 2.0: a downloadable zip file with the skill for Claude Code and Codex, the Lookbook of 132 styles, the editor workflow, the editable template, palettes, a demo clip and setup instructions. There is no subscription.
Your license
- You may use and change the materials to make personal or commercial videos, including videos for clients.
- The videos you make are yours to publish, distribute or sell.
- Contractors may use the materials on your own projects.
You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish Reel Atelier itself, its style catalogue, Lookbook or template, in original or changed form, for example as a template, skill, style pack, download or course resource.
Other tools and content
Remotion, React, your AI assistant, fonts, music, footage, brands and other third-party tools keep their own licenses and terms, and this purchase does not grant rights to them. Remotion is free for individuals and companies of up to 3 people; larger companies need a Remotion company license. Your AI subscription is separate.
Beta
This is a beta. It has been tested on macOS, and Windows support is still being tested. If it does not work for you, the 14-day refund applies.

No affiliation
Reel Atelier is independent. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Remotion.
No warranty
Reel Atelier is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that it will work with every computer, AI assistant version or video file, or that results will meet every expectation; that is what the 14-day refund is for.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or footage. Our total liability for any claim about Reel Atelier is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Your rights
Some states don't allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
